This rock is painted with such care and intense effort that the details of the eyes and the scales is what pops out to me when I first laid my eyes on it. Not only that, the longer a viewer stares it the more details one starts to notice which is quite insane considering that rocks are very difficult to paint on since they have such different shapes and sizes to work with. I think you achieved a great result as the colors of yellow and green are colors that are next to each other on the color wheel. The rich green and the sharp eyes playa crucial role in the result of the piece. Great work!
