Welcome to Highland Park Elementary's visual art gallery on Artsonia. Thank you for visiting and supporting the arts. Artsonia is a great place for friends and family to share a young person's artistic talents throughout their time at Highland Park Elementary. The goal is for students to cultivate their self-esteem with constructive comments about their artwork and for students to learn to describe what they are doing. My favorite part about using the Artsonia platform is that I can see each student's collective artistic growth from K-4th grade and that their artwork gets shared with family to leave comments. I also like that the parent can choose which art work is their favorite to have printed into a family treasure. Any money generated through Artsonia will help purchase special art supplies for the school year. My ultimate goal is to continue increasing parental involvement so far I have 70% of parents connected... I would love for that number to keep on growing!
