Whoa! I'm not that comfortable being so close to the dragon that I can see right into his eye! However, I really like this mostly black and white drawing. The bits of red in the eye make me think he is not a friendly dragon. Since I have never been this close to a dragon's eye, maybe all dragon eyes, friendly or not, have that bright red color. Mmm, I wonder.

Artsonia is an amazing online art gallery that helps to foster the importance of an arts education. Our students at Hagan and Nassau Elementary have created such high quality art work; please share their art with your friends and family by sending them a link. Once parents are registered, students can receive comments on their art work and create the 'artist statement', a new component to Artsonia, to encourage students to reflect on their art using literacy skills.
