Welcome to our visual arts gallery on Artsonia. In our art room, students are learning the habits required to be artists: Developing craft, Observing, Expressing, Envisioning, Engaging & Persisting, Stretching & Exploring, Reflecting and Understanding Art Worlds. Artists in grades 2-5 can choose their subject matter and media from "opened" studios (Drawing, Collage, Painting, Sculpture, Clay, Printmaking, Fiber) to explore and experiment and demonstrate their understanding of their grade level essential learning targets. In second grade students begin taking responsibility for taking their own photographs of their artwork and uploading to their digital portfolios. Thank you for visiting our art gallery!
