Welcome to our amazing Douglas Jamerson Elementary Art gallery. Thank you for visiting and supporting our Visual Arts. Art education teaches students how to interpret, criticize, and use visual information, and how to make choices based on it. According to a report by Americans for the Arts, art education strengthens problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Our scholars are very inventive and creative!

Please visit often and post comments on your child's artwork. You can invite family and friends to share comments. Our students can receive fan club awards based on the number of comments they receive. Douglas Jamerson overall rating will improve, too.
