Welcome to our visual arts gallery on Artsonia! Our students here at Allen Academy work very hard at becoming skillful artists and take pride in their beautiful artwork. They also enjoy entering art contests and we have several first - third place winners each year in local competitions, including but not limited to the George Bush Memorial Library and Museum, the Congressional Art Contest, and the Southern Schools Agency Calendar contest. Our students participate each Spring in the Youth Art Month projects and the Empty Bowls, Jr. Event hosted by our local Arts Council. Thank you for visiting and supporting the arts. The money generated through Artsonia will help purchase art supplies for our school. Our students would love for you to comment on their work, so please take the time to include your thoughts and join their fan club!!
