Kindergarten 2019-20

In kindergarten, students focus on thinking and working as artists in the art room.
They learn to use art materials: clay, paint, chalks, oil pastels, collage, stamps, and more.
They generate their own ideas based on their interests.
They practice drawing what they see.
They learn art words like sculpture, landscape, portrait, details, background, overlap.
Most of all, they realize they already know how to make art and come up with ideas from their great imaginations.
