Hand Painted Jungle Collage

The class worked so hard on these painted jungle collages and we’re so proud of them!! We started this project by learning about the artist Henri Rousseau and used his jungle paintings as inspiration. We spent a lot of time learning how to mix our own secondary colors (purple, green and orange) from the primary colors and painted all the paper used in this project. Then everyone cut out and painted their own tigers and butterflies!
