INDIAN LAKE ELEMENTARY, Art At Home,2020

As every creative person knows, plans do not always go as planned.  One must figure out how to “make it work”, using whatever tools and opportunities you can find.  No one planned for a pandemic to interrupt school this past spring, but we are creative, right?  I am so thrilled and impressed by what our little Lakers have been doing artistically at home.  Creativity is contagious and can’t be cancelled.  A HUGE thank you to parents, grandparents, and guardians who have gone above and beyond, in providing supplies, a work space, permission to make messes, and encouragement!  Here are some examples of creativity sent in over these past few months while we’ve all been working from home.
