This design is really cool. I definitely would not want to drink this seltzer! But I think kids would love it. I like how you incorporated “seltzer” into the green matter the snallygaster is eating. It’s difficult to tell from the photo, but it looks like you intended solid brown on the creature? I think creating a smoother color without the sketchy marks would be more effective. Using contour colors and values but not in a “sketchy” manner. Maybe more exaggerated shapes of contour/highlight on the creature’s body rather than sketchy marks? I’m sure Mr. H can help show you those illustrative color techniques.
