I think that Sarah's painting best follows Munch's 3 rules. We're in the kitchen with her. It seems like she must not be able to sleep so we're catching her trying to sneak a midnight snack. Sarah made it dark, with the only light coming from the refrigerator. It may not feel sad or angry or spooky or any big emotion- but it does feel tense, like she's about to be surprised by us, because she thinks she's alone.
