This is a picture of my friends and I. There are many different contrasts in this photo such as the people being in black and white, and the background in color, which makes the my friends and I the focus. The artist is trying to say that the people are what is important in this photo and needs to be the center of interest. I think this is a successful photograph because of how the artist painted on the black and white effect very cleanly. -- Katie
