Isabelle, all your work shows things you have learned. Each piece is different and interesting. They say that good art creates an emotional response from the viewer. I like this one because it makes me laugh. It shows your sense of humor. Each time I look I find another part that makes me smile. Well done, Is. Thanks for sharing your art

Hi, Isabelle! Your Teddy Bear City is a remarkable piece. It may be my favorite thus far. The Teddy Bear Vampires are so interesting. They make me want to know more about them and the city! Curiosity is what I feel viewing this artwork. The perspective of the near and far buildings, roads, and the edges of the "canvas" is very well done! I love the names given to the business buildings and the names that also reveal their purpose. I wonder about the blue "clouds" (a storm?) and the purple figure in the lower left corner. The detail of the people running...in the street...at the edges of the city, trying to escape, the pie in the window, the trees, building designs and sizes are stunning. Good imagination and very creative!

This is great, Is. All the bears are looking into the city. Are they looking for shelter in the coming rain? You did a good job drawing perspective so the walls and the streets pull away from the front of the work and get smaller as they go away. Each building shows that skill, too. Such talented use of lines to make the picture project from the background. What’s the purple section on the left? Is there someone looking out the window?

Here you did a great job with color, showing how important color can be even when using the same shape. Those are fun triangles. You made them like look like they are behind the letters. Nice perspective. I like what you have done.

I like this drawing very much. The jagged lines where the hand has punched through show that it was done with power. And the fingers made me laugh. I like the cactus finger especially. Great imagination!

That is a beautiful drawing, Iz. The shading softens the lines and gives another dimension to the picture. I want to stroke it and feel how soft it is. It is really impressive

Wow! I just love the color - and it really does "POP"! The shading technique is so cool. I also love the designs in the letters. Powerful! You have really progressed quickly. Keep playing with these techniques you learn. Love you!
