Wow! This is a most impressive piece of your work, Kip. The way you've chosen your "action" theme and detailed drawing of the turtles ' shell are a great example of your attention to detail and your talent. Love this!

Hi there Kip! I really loved your techniques & description of how you made this clay figurine. It's a perfect title; really is an example of how The Empire "blew up", so to speak. Keep up the interesting artwork & your self-expression! AK

Very interesting techniques and I love that you challenged yourself Kip. You continue to amaze me with creative, thoughtful ways to express yourself and your MN vibe!

Kip, I really like your use of sizes in this drawing. It really has a feel for the curve of the eye socket and the texture fans out to show the scales. Love that! Also, you sense of color here is terrific. The whites of the eye are pale blue which really makes the blue/green iris POP. You gave a lot of depth by adding the dark element to the outline of the eye. Great job!

Kip! I LOVE this one. You say you made other prints, if you still have them I would really like to have it and frame it. I disagree with you about the marks you hoped to avoid next time. I think they lend an air of authenticity. This has a wonderful dynamic feel to it that I really like. Having it be an outsized depiction of the confines of a sport floor gives a great balance to the structure of the piece. Oh yes....I like this one a LOT!

I've never seen this painting and I love it! If you have the original I'd be happy to frame it!

An interesting list. I don't think you waste your time. People need time to let their brains rest, breathe, and wander. Daydreams are when great ideas can come. Less anger is good, especially if you can figure out a good way to redirect that emotion and resolve the issues making you angry. If you need help with that, you have many people to talk to. I'm one of them. I'm pretty sure you do plenty of homework and your grades reflect that. More good food? YES! But when you need chocolate, you know where to go! I like that you're reflecting on your time. Just remember to be kind to yourself. You're terrific!

Pop Pop and I both LOVED your snakes! We had them made in to a refrigerator magnet and it's now on the fridge, along with pictures of you, your brothers, your cousins, your aunts and uncles, and your great grandfather. We love looking at it and are looking forward to much more of your wonderful, imaginative art work!
