This work is appears to me to be intensely symbolic. The birthday cake on what looks to be a wine barrel. The king. The owl celebrating a birthday. An overpass holding everything, and then the dragon, seemingly crying. The viewer can only wonder at the reason for the dragon's emotion. A complex work where interpretation is necessary. Grandpa
