Wow! Love the contrasting colors of the orange and blue. The colorful pastels initially caught my eye but it's the stem that "hooked" me. The horizon line and shading really brings it to life also. Good job Jacob.

I love the warmth of this piece. The artist is being too hard on himself commenting... "too much this", "not enough of that", "too low" and "not enough detail". Art is a personal expression and the outcome is unique to the artist. If you and I were to paint the same thing, we would most likely end up with something totally different. Your individual perspective always paints the perfect picture. Don't ever forget that ??

This looks like a very creative leopard's paw. Not sure what the subject matter was but I LOVE the varying use of colors that blend seamlessly into each other. WOW!! This is just great!! Sheer genius!!

This piece really shows your skills. I can't believe this is watercolor. It's bold unlike a quick stroke of watercolor. The blend in the head region is quite beautiful. Looks like mother of pearl like. Gorgeous painting and a beautiful art piece Jacob

I love the touch of color. Esp with your initials in the same red shade. Brings harmony. The different colors of gray's against the black really allows the bird to be in focus while in it's environment.

I agree that it's well balanced. For instance, the top and bottom( medium sized blue circle blooms ) complements and balances out the overall image. I love the repetitive curves whether it's in the grass or the numerous circles because it adds whimsy. The gray background to me helps bring the tree forward with greater detail. Overall, I enjoyed this piece, at a glance too. It may look like all uniform circles but each section has it's unique cut.
