Love the idea of using shapes to make the Bebo Bird. I love how he used geometric shapes in the background as well as on his bird. I think the lesson must have been really interesting.

Love the way Brody captured the feeling of a freshly planted field with crops and also the birds looking for their next dinner! He also put in the houses and trees along the horizon. Love it!

At this age i am thrilled the students are being exposed to other cultures and are encouraged to learn about them. I would imagine the final project for the class was very interesting. Brody loves art class and is always telling me about the projects he works on.

I think it is wonderful how many techniques were used in the piece. From painting to collage work. I love the fact he used feathers for the birds wings. And it appears he used his thumb print to make the snow flakes. Very creative indeed!
