Rhoan, what a great likeness! You’ve captured yourself perfectly but I would have liked to see a smile ??

I find the form of this piece to be very functional. It could be used as a drinking vessel, a coin holder, a planter or even a small vase or flower heads. Your choice of glaze is very interesting. The orange color really gives the eye something to grasp.

This is exquisite! You need to be commended on complexity of the cutting and folding to achieve such a delicate piece. Bravo, Rhoan!!

This is a wonderfully complex mural. I enjoyed the details show in the depiction of the city and appreciated your movement from city to country or forested area. It reminds me of the change in scenery that occurs when we go from Massachusetts to New York City!

This is a well formed cup. It looks hand built to me. I think your choice of glaze is beautiful.

This is a great likeness. I like how hard you worked to get the features the way you perceived them

Rhoan, I’m impressed with your color choices and the evenness of your weaving. It shows how hard you concentrated on your design. I would like to frame it and put it alongside Elliot and Uncle Geoff’s weavings.

Rhoan, your orage I skills are improving! I think this is a box that you blow into to expand it. Am I right?

Rhoan, I found this piece of artwork very interesting. This is the same word Elliot chose for his “word” art. You’ve made the letters pop with your contrasting color choices. The word KIND is certainly a great word and we all need to practice more of it to each other

Rhoan, I’m so sorry I haven’t left any comments on your art work but this is the first time I’ve seen them. What a powerful hand you’ve drawn! Those are some wonderful attributes shooting from your fingertips!

Rhoan, Your 3D art has real appeal to me. Is the boy in the room going to go over to the chair and read under the red lamp? I can show you how to make a little house/book using the same technique.

Rhoan, Your clothespin person has a nautical feel for me. It puts me in mind of a mermaid. The green cloak is reminiscent of a fish tail and the flowing yellow hair seems to be floating on the waves.

Rhoan, Your choice of the bright red glaze accents the happiness of the smiling face! Anything served in this cup would be a party beverage.

Rhoan, This reminds me of the snow globes I used to make with my students when I was teaching. I find the scene in the jar very soothing. I makes me want to jump into the jar and enjoy a day relaxing under the shade of the tree near the water. Quite the difference from the cold days here in NH!

Rhoan, your painting of the pumpkin is very vibrant. It reminds me of the pumpkins we saw at Patch Orchards. I love the way you surrounded the orange pumpkin in its complimentary color of blue. It really makes the pumpkin “pop”.

Rhoan, I was surprised to find this as your logo. I would have been expecting some sort of truck. That being said, I do appreciate the simplicity and clean lines of the design. This would be something that could vey easily be turned into a hand stamp. We will explore doing that when you come up to New Hampshire.

Hi, Rhoan. You have done a lot of great art but I think this is your best yet! It gets a “double wow” from me.

Rhoan, I am so impressed with your flower arrangement! I remind me of the Japanese art of Ikabana. I love that the smaller colorful flowers are up front and your eye is drawn up to the taller flowers. I will have to have you help me arrange flowers when you come to Gram and Gramp's house. Bravo, Rhoan!

This is a wonderful example of the use of multiple kinds of art: Collage and Drawing. Your picture makes me feel happy and I really want to visit that house. The dog standing outside the house reminds me of Nash with his pointy ears and curly tail. I bet that dog can feel the warm sunshine on his furry coat!

I think you've really got the feeling of a comfy home. And it's nice to see a change from trucks! I'm guessing that's a deck on the side of the house. It reminds me of the deck here at Gram and Gramp's with the orange umbrella.

Wow, Rhoan this is really great. What a terrific color!

Rhoan, Grampa and I were so thrilled to see all your artwork! You’ve worked in so many different kinds of media...
