Love your ocean picture. You make everything so real looking. Wish I was near it so I could walk on the beach.

This picture must have been an experiment in colors. It looks like a tree with a striking red sunrise! The shapes and colors are bright and bold. I love what you do in your art class and I'm so glad you share it with us, Christian.

Thanks for another picture for us to enjoy, Christian! This time My favorite part is the way you colored the water. The sand at the bottom of the lake blurs right into the water. That's the way our lake bottom looks up north!

Christian, This makes me think of where Grandpa's brother lives in Arizona. The cactus and birds are great.

Christian, I like the way you did the flags. It reminds me of the great birthday party you had. I see Sweden in the upper corner. Love ya.

I have not seen an "action art piece before. This was so clever! I had to watch it several times to see all that it was made of. I was delighted to see all the detail as the plane ascended, caught fire, descended, and finally crashed in smoke and flames. To top it all off, the pilot escaped via a parachute! It was so impressive to see all of this enacted through little pieces of cut-out paper! I could imagine how much Christian loved creating this little show!! -- Carol

This is the first time I've seen this little pot. The different textures and shapes make it a very intriguing piece. The light blue triangles are especially noticeable in contrast to the dark colors. The scalloped edge made up of coils on the top adds a lot of interest too. What seems to be a simple little piece at first actually is a bit complex. Well done, Christian! -- Carol

Christian, What a stunning picture! The big bright moon and all the shades of blue that darken as they get farther away and become the darkest in the shadows. I think this is one of your most beautiful! -- Carol
