This butterfly would make a pretty orange brooch to wear on a brown sweater. You could glue it to a piece of poster board, cut it out, and glue a pin to the back and give it to someone as a gift. Maybe you will grow up to design jewelry. Love you.

Santa's bag is empty so I am guessing he has delivered all his gifts and is looking forward to getting back home to Mrs. Clause. His nose is chilly and pink and thinking about a nice fireplace to sit and warm up. I will bet Mrs. Claus has a big meal on the table for him to enjoy when he gets warmed up. Love you.

I am happy to see that this reindeer has green eyes, just like me! He has pink cheeks to show he is healthy because he plays outside a lot. The smile shows us that he is happy to work for Santa. Good Job! Love you.

This is a very happy snowman. He is looking upward so that the freshly falling snow can land on his face and nose (which he caught one on the tip of it). His hands are raised in excitement for how he caught one! Pretty soon I am sure he will ring his bells for everyone to look. Love you.

I like the uniqueness of this butterfly. He looks very happy in his pair of wings of many colors. Enjoy watching your progression in this art class. Keep at it. Love you.

What an adorable Snow Globe! Wish you would have had enough snow to make the 2 snowpeople for real. Maybe someday you will be here in Illinois on a snowy day and we can make them together. Good Job.

Beautiful!!! Maybe we will have snow in Texas this winter!

I am impressed by the details you learned to put in your art. Do you have a colorful striped shirt to match the one you colored? Glad to see that you still have a beautiful smile on your face. Love you. GMA

What a cute puppy. It looks like he is going to have fun playing in the yard. You can throw a stick and he will run and get it and bring it back to you. Pretty soon our green grass will be white with snow here in Illinois. Love you. GMA

This would be a great way to decorate a pumpkin. If I had l construction paper I might consider doing that. Imagine cut out eyes, nose, and mouth with these colors all around it. Pretty. Wish you were here to do it for me. Love you, GMA

Wow. Talk about beautiful bright fall colors, you nailed it. I saw these colors yesterday when I took a leisurely drive to Delevan, WI. Took backroads so that I could see the colors. You should have been with me. Keep up the good work. Love, GMA

Grandpa liked cacti. He had a tall one for some time but I managed to overwater it and it molded and died. He had several smaller ones in cacti garden dishes. Grandma does not have a green thumb. Good job with your picture. A very sticky piece.. Live ya!

Nice job. We have all kinds of cactus native to Texas.

So realistic. Looks like it could be a photo of a real scene.

I did not get this one until now. It is a nice closeup of a baseball in the grass. It must have taken you a long time to draw all of the blades of grass. Do you think an ant might crawl out of the grass pretty soon? Love you. GMA

I like the very white flowers against a pretty blue backround. It almost like the flowers are lit up so that you can see them during the midnight hours. A very calming picture. Keep up the good work. Love you.

You have come a long way in how you look at yourself. You actually have arms and legs and fashionable clothing. You could become a clothes designer if you want to. Then you can design some colorful clothing for me to wear. However, GMA needs to cover her knees so make the clothes longer for me. Love you. GMA -- Grandma

Lets see here. Did you know that Orange is a motivating and encouraging color? Green is a refreshing and peaceful color. It is the color of growth and health. Blue is the color of trust. It is thought to induce calm and convey tranquillity, serenity, and peace. Good choices. I also like the fact that they are not only 3 different colors but they also have 3 different tails and different colored front legs. Love you. GMA -- Grandma

This is a such a cute peacock. It almost looks like he has a lot of eyes on his tail-feathers to keep an eye on anyone coming to touch him from any direction. A wise caricature for sure. Love you. -- Grandma

A beautiful butterfly. I would like to see it flying around Aunt Suzanne's beautiful summer flowers. It would have a lot of delicious pollen to eat. Love you. -- Grandma

I like the stained glass look of your art. Imagine all of these colors as glass pieces and hanging in front of a window with the sun behind it shining through. How pretty that would be. Continue the good work you are doing in art. You are lucky to have great teachers helping you to learn. Love you. -- Grandma

Cool colors. The face is the color of Grandma's eyes. How many legs are there? Can you answer without counting? If I have to see a bug crawling on my floors I hope it is one as colorful and happy as yours. Love you, -- Grandma

Cute owl. Looks like he just got out of the tub and dried his feathers with a blow dryer to fluff them all up. He looks happy and wide awake and ready to start night watch. Love you. GMA -- Maxine

Good work kiddo. Cute Santa picture. I like the pink nose and the green gloves. Gives the picture flair. Do you think Daddy will have a white beard someday? Then you should draw him . Love you. GMA -- Maxine

I know who this is a picture of! Rudolph! He looks happy and is excited about Christmas getting here so that he can lead Santa’s sleigh to your house. Leave a note to remind him to remember Will and Evan and Adi and Lincoln. Love you. GMA

These look like really nice pumpkins for Halloween or just fall decorations for Thanksgiving. I like the way you did the shading in coloring them. Keep up the good work. Love you. GMA

This looks like an explosion of fall colors around your tree. I also see it as a vase with willow branches in it for a home decoration on the table or it could be on the fireplace step with a roaring fire in the fireplace behind it. Love you. GMA

This is so pretty. I love the mix of colors in the sky. Wish I could go for a walk and actually see all of these colors just as you painted them. My trees look like your tree now. All of the leaves have fallen from it. Love you. GMA

I think you ought to name the 5 lucky ladybugs Mommy, Gretchen, Maggie, Grandma, and Granny. We all can be walking on a striped floor in a mall or climbing flower stalks. Love you. GMA

This reminds me of a game I played when I was little called Pick Up Sticks. I bet it is still around. Maybe we can find it and play it sometime. Love you. GMA

It is so nice to see the pretty flowers you made since we are having so much rain lately. I wish I could pick them and put them in a vase on the kitchen table. Keep up the good work. Love you. GMA
