This is a vibrant tree. Just look at that color ! It looks as if it is going to explode any minute. It's really good that you kept your tree so round and perfect. The red and yellow make a warm orange. Everything blends and works together. Keep up your good work. Love Aunt Shay and Pop

Sweet Brennan, I can tell you had fun working on this black cat - and, it's the perfect time of year for "spooky black cats". Love the pink color inside the ears and the eyes are really cool. You worked very well with the scissors, honey. Now, GrandDad and I really LOVE the whiskers......made from yarn! Very creative. One the last months, you've painted a lot of different subjects, but the animals are outstanding. Keep up the good work! We love you so much!

Caterpillars are pretty amazing, aren't they? Not only the way they can blend into their surroundings, but also because they transform themselves into an amazingly beautiful Butterfly. I see that your Caterpillar has some of the same colors as your Butterfly. Good job! I'm always amazed at how "hairy" they are - yet they seem so harmless and sweet. Your Caterpillar is even smiling. Well, Brennan, I could use some help in my yard, because your flowers look beautiful. Bumble bees can tell when a particular flower is a good source of food......and, this little bee considers your flowers "VERY YUMMY"! When I look at each of your paintings, I get the feeling that you love art very much. Coloring, painting and drawing will be with you forever - you'll be able to pick up a brush, pencil, crayon or stick and create something on a moments notice. Brennan, this is so funny. I have 2 pictures of mice that your Dad painted when he was about your age. I'll definitely share them with you. He made them with his thumbprint - I'm sure you'll get a kick out of seeing them. He used a charcoal grey paint - which is the actual color of a mouse. Brennan. I can see that you enjoy painting trees. Good thing. This painting makes me feel this is a "fall" tree. It has lost its leaves for the fall and winter. The beautiful colors in the background are fall and must be the leaves falling off the trees. Your tree has a nice straight trunk. You are doing GREAT !!!!! -- Sharon
