We could totally tell that this was inspired by works of Keith Haring before we saw the title of the project!

We've been looking forward to seeing your new artwork! Your "negative space" initial is very cool and the patterns are so interesting! There is so much motion in the patterns, the E seems to be floating in mid-air! Great job! Love you, Gram and Papa xoxoxox

Looking at this amazing drawing, we are reminded of how your mom is able to also duplicate on paper what she sees in real life! We like how you highlighted the background. Congratulations on such great attention to detail and realism! It is not easy to do but you did it so very well!! Love and hugs over the moon, Gram Noni and Papa xoxoxoxo

Neat effects with snow, shadows, and light! Are the colors the Aurora Borealis or are they rays of a low sun behind mountains?

Well, I always thought Vincent Van Gogh was one of my favorite artists but he takes a back seat to YOUR rendition of his chair and room! I'm totally blown away by your piece of art! This is SO amazing! Fantastic work!! Big love and hugs, Gram Noni and Papa xoxo

Before I zoomed in on your city-scape I thought, "Oooh, what a well-balanced, harmonious design!" The colors you used really compliment each other. Then I enlarged it and the buildings formed! Very cool. I think it would be great fun staying at your hotel! Does it have a pool? Great job! Love and hugs, Gram Noni and Papa xoxo

Guess who never noticed the names written on the top of the hearts?! Yep, but I see them now! You used neat colors. This piece is very soothing. I really like how they seem to be floating and how the left side ones sort of bump into each other. Cool! Love and hugs, Gram Noni and Papa xoxox

This tree shape definitely reminds me of the "lollipop tree" we have in our yard. Except, the different hues of greens and whites you used are way more interesting! It's very cool how you painted the snow larger in the front and smaller in the background so there is not only movement but depth to the painting. A very fine job! Love and hugs, Gram Noni and Papa xoxox

Loving this on many levels! You REALLY emphasized details, thought, and tons of creativity. Wow! We have glass dishes. This is exactly how patterns are seen through them and how they reflect the light! Wonderful job! Each time I look at your drawing I see new details. I couldn't have done better myself. Love and hugs, Gram Noni and Papa xoxo

What a neat piece of art! You really captured the festive look and colors of the flowers and we really like the shading in the vase. Lots of depth to this painting. Gram didn't learn to use a sponge for painting until she was about 11 so you are learning some interesting techniques! Terrific job! Love, Gram Noni and Papa x0

This is the fluffiest chick I have ever seen!! I LOVE how it is practicing flapping its wings and looking so curiously at something that might be very tasty to eat! I love the colors in the blue and the yellows that are great highlights. The orange colors look very real for the beak and the feet. I can almost hear the little chick say, "Cheap Cheap!"
