Dear Maya, What an impressive piece of fall clay pottery! You have captured what a true pumpkin looks like in the garden by its shape and coloring. Were you surprised how shiny your pumpkin was when it came out of the kiln? Your pumpkin will look great on the Thanksgiving table.

Dear Maya,I love how you captured this unique trio of pumpkins with their white stems and white semi circular veins. The moonlight seems to put a glow on the grass and midnight blue sky. The blending of the orange and yellow paint in your pumpkins, the green and yellow paint for the grass, and the black and blue paint for the sky makes you artwork seem real.

Dear Maya, What a unique blue water bug with hearts, diamonds and triangles pattern on its body. With the various shades of blue bubbles it is well camouflaged. You have all the details of its body parts. I especially like how you included the hairs on each of its legs. Great job of combining science with art.

Dear Maya, What a beautiful piece of artwork. Your choice of colors makes each one pop with the black background. I love how meticulous you are about placing each torn piece of paper like a puzzle piece. You have an eye for art.

Dear Maya, I love how you put your own spin and authentic art creations on paper. You take the idea of lines and your creative thoughts begin. I love the positions of your lines and choice of combining warm and cool colors.

Dear Maya, Your choice of warm and cool colors and the pattern you created makes it appear that I am looking down a deep tunnel. Art can play tricks on your eyes. Something so simple, yet very creative.

Dear Maya, I love your creative art piece. Your modern black stick figure shows movement in the curves of his body. Everything about your stick figure is in proportion to a person. I truly love the yellow and orange blend of paint you used for the background. I really like the white(blank) spaces in your art for it creates balance.
