Sophia, "you" definitely come through in this piece. I could interpret so much from this, given that I know you. However, I am most looking forward to having an artist discussion with you to learn more about the various components, their meaning, and what you attempted to capture. Overall, from a lay perspective, just looking at it, I'd say it is quite "cool"! (haha)

Sophia, your tile came out awesome! I love the use of your favorite color, and how you've used it to perfectly tie into the aquatic theme of this piece. I must add, how appropriately relevant your design is given the recent addition of your fish tank at home. The raised initials of your name add the perfect finishing touch. What a great way to sign your art, "as any fine artist will". I can't wait to see all the wonderful creations you'll bring to life this year in 6th grade!
