Wow, Colin! This is really neat. It looks like many of the beautiful African and Asian fabrics I have seen used in quilts. Keep up the great work! Grandma Jeanne

Good Morning, Colin! I just viewed your latest artwork and really enjoyed seeing it. Your art pieces show such variety! Each one is beautiful but in a different way. You must be learning many techniques which you have used to make your art so visually effective. This picture has a "WOW" factor with the bright colors and the face that leaps out of the center. It's a pleasure to be able to view your talent via Artsonia. Love, Aunt Rita

You are getting experience in many types of art--pottery, painting, and now a collage. It takes a lot of patience to do good artwork. I am especially impressed with the flag and flagpole. You obviously enjoy being an artist! Love, Great-aunt Dee Dee and Great-uncle Chuck

Ummm....I had to look up "monochromatic" in the dictionary. (It means "single-color" or "one-color".) From the web page view, it reminds me of a hunting animal, like a wolf or a coyote. Ears up high, eyes straight ahead, long snout, and fuzzy around the edges. In fact, I think I see an open mouth with a tongue inside. I wonder if other people see it differently. Very "innovative" !! (I give you a big word back!) I'll sign off as the "other" Thomas A

Colin, we are so proud of you and we are quite impressed with your artistic talent. Have you taken art classes? You are very lucky to live in an area that has so many things to go, see, do, enjoy, and learn. Are you going to hang your mask in your new tree house? Love from great aunt Rosie

Good Morning, Colin. I see you have a new art piece on the internet. This is the first time I had seen it. Wow! It sort of jumps off the screen with color and drama. I can't quite tell from the computer picture. Is it a mask? I can't tell how 3 dimensional it is but it looks like it has depth and might be a mask. I don't know that our family has ever had an artist before. You are breaking new ground! Congratulations on your outstanding work. Great Aunt Rita and Uncle Chuck

Colin, we are very proud of your artistic abilitiy! Some summer, I hope that you will be able to visit us in southern California and we will all attend the famous Laguna Beach Art Festival. In addition to exhibits by professional artists, they also have an area for art by students. You will enjoy viewing the variety of art on display: paintings, sculpture, pottery, jewelry, glass, clothing, wood carvings, etc. There is also an art pageant every evening that is exciting to see. We are hoping that someday you will come. Love from Great Aunt Rosie Page
