Your piece is very colorful and holds a story in its glaze. The colors and small details carry similar features to those of from “Starry Night” made by Van Gogh, so whether or not this was intentional it holds great personality and an interesting reference.

The mixture of the blues, whites, yellows, and greens spread throughout your artwork compliment each other beautifully. To me, the colors are reminiscent of the painting Starry Night as it has numerous similarities.

I like the smoothness of the pot and the shape of the base of the pot. This pot has no curves due to the coils and shows detail and effort into the surface.

This is a beautifully made vase. I think you achieved good symmetry, which is hard to do, considering your level of experience with clay. You should be proud of this piece and I hope it makes it out of the kiln and we can enjoy it at home.
