The fabulous palette accentuates the surreal atmosphere reaching out from this work. My perception of what this scene represents changed several times, rolling from one to the next like distant clouds roiling from one shape to another, without any distinct line separating them. I still haven't settled on one, but I think I want to believe they are all valid as my own patterns, and more that I have not noticed yet. I will return with a different mood and mindset to discover more. -- Bruce
