Julie, The variety of work that you've created this year is amazing. In this one, I love how the objects seem to be floating through these colorful bubbles. I'm partial to the sunglasses and the beads:). And I love how the bubbles go from small to big as they move towards me, giving the piece even more dimension. Another great job Sweetie! Love, Mom -- Mom

Julie - I’m intrigued as to why some of the circles have lines in then and others don’t? The sunglasses and paint brush help make the piece come alive for me and yet it’s all the colors that make it so cheerful. Great job!! Love the piece. -- Uncle John

Jules, I love how you have depicted the light of the sunset and it’s impact on the scene. We can see the detail of the cliff in three dimensions but can only make out the dark image of the branch and the bird. You have really learned so much this year in art. Another fabulous masterpiece! -- Mommy

Wow Jules! This is incredibly well done and very creative. I don't know how you nailed the proportions and symmetry so well, and I love the shadowing that you did on the face, neck and ears. Speaking of ears, are those Guinea Pig ears? And those are some really pretty antlers...and I don't usually think of antlers as being pretty. I love what you've done! -- Mommy

Jules you are so talented. I love the holiday theme with the use of the antlers. Great job!!!! -- Uncle John

Wow Jules! My first thought was “This is so good you should send it to Tobin Heath.” My second thought was, “No way. I want it to hang up.” I’m so impressed with the symmetry but even more impressed when you had no guidance to freehand the drawing, like the US Soccer emblem. And I don’t know how you knew which elements to draw to create her shape, like the collarbone fold in her shirt. Let’s send Tobin a copy of this and see if she’ll sign it and send it back. It’s just awesome. -- Mommy

Wow! This is such a great example of symmetry! Your creation of the circles in the center of the picture caught my attention first and then directed my eyes to to each of the different colored squares. There is so much detail throughout! If I were there I would ask you...what was the most challenging part of this?? -- Cousin Lindsey
