I especially like how you are using a horizontal line and a view of perspective here Abby. Watercolor can be tricky sometimes, but with practice I think you will master this medium! Good job Abby!!

I like the simplicity in your usage of form and shape as well of using contrasting colors. The simple horizontal line with white and black in the background does a great job suggesting the environment of the piece. -- Charlene

Hi Abby, I am impressed you are using smudging technique to create the butterfly's shadow! I first thought you were using charcoal!
