This could be an interesting way to encourage "special needs people" to speak the general public and maintaining a healthy relationship with others.

To Nikko: I am happy that you are continuing with your art. You are very talented so never stop painting. My husband was an accomplished artist. If you need an easel or some of his other art tools, please let Ginny know and I will be happy to give them to you.

Nikko, you've just got to take a look at the work of Matisse, Van Gogh, and Cezanne, and others like them. You have such a sense of color and proportion.

Nikko! Your fin art is masterful! I like the dorsal, caudal AND pectoral fins! Sculpture is a tremendous challenge that I have always been curious about. Keep sharing!!

Nikko, what is this made of? I swear, it looks like glass! And I still say you should look into graphics.

Nikko, your skills continue to mature! I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you didn't take some courses in the future in graphic arts and maybe studied the graphic novel. I was an English teacher for a long time, and, I must say that I really didn't get graphic novels at first. But after I read some of them, I realized that they're powerful and fascinating. Have you read any? Could you see your artwork in something like that? Keep arting, Nikko!

I know that creating three dimensional art (if that's the artistic term for it) is difficult. I know I couldn't do it. You nailed it. Sorry I didn't comment sooner, but here I am now!

Wow...wow..wow! I can see through this person, great work for 6 days!

And I've looked at this again and again too because it reminds me of Matisse. You and your mom and me and BJ must go into NYC to MOMA to show you why your work resonates with us.

I continue to go back to this again and again because it is so reminiscent of work by Calder and Klee.

I love this guy because he looks like a villain in a movie. But I'm very worried about what happened to the rest of him! Can you tell me?

I think that this painting shows such a wonderful color palette and shaping that the whole picture shows movement. That's hard to do, but Nikko has done it! This painting dances!

I see pelicans every year in Florida, and they are wonderful to watch. In the air, they are graceful, and they fly in formations that are wonderful to watch. When they perch, they look clumsy and kind of goofy. You've captured them in such a unique way. Thank you for this picture!

Nikko, you continue to amaze and intrigue us with your art. Have you ever considered graphic art like anime or manga. I don't know a lot about it, but your drawings have so much animation. The way the carrot is a nose and a mouth is wonderful. Also your colors show optimism. This snowman will not melt! Thank you for this.

Neeks.... this is wonderful. Your shadow technique is amazing! All I can say is wow!

Nikko, has anyone ever taught you about perspective in art? It's not a skill that's easy to achieve, and it takes lots of practice. But you've got that skill, and in the fourth grade! Wow. PS Look up some paintings by Marc Chagall. Your painting here reminds me of his work.

Nikko's art is so vibrant and full of life. It is wonderful to see how his imagination and vision transfers so fluidly to his manual dexterity and creativity. Long words to say that he could b a graphic artist, muralist, or illustrator one day. That Nikko kid's got game!
