Lyra, what a beautiful piece! The process of plaster gauze over tin foil is such a great way to build up the form. You are creating some lovely work! Kudos to your visual arts teacher, too, for providing the opportunity to explore various media.

I love this Lyra. I like that it's a little crooked, more abstract. Makes it more complex when you think about what it means. Love the different shades and values of blue. What are some ways you could make it more balanced? Maybe you could mount it on a balanced base?
