You did a great job with perspective! Your backstory sounds fascinating. Power can certainly lead to brainwashing because those less powerful are easily brainwashed.

His eyes look like slices of pizza. We’re you hungry? His nose could be an icicle. We’re you cold? His mouth reminds me of computer language. We’re you thinking of your computer skills? Altogether, he’s an interesting guy, and he makes me think of how we all have lots of different feelings and thoughts each day.

You captured the details of the shoe so we’ll. The word “power” on the side made me think of the power you have within you to overcome the obstacles of life. I also liked your color and design choices for the background. It made me think of ribbons given to winners. Awesome work!

This looks like a mixed media resist piece.... it's kind of hard to see in the photo, so I cannot comment on that aspect, but I just love the resist technique... it creates beautiful and surprising results some times.. I actually use it in my illustrations! Good job learning a new technique.

That tree reminds me of the book, The Snowy Day. There's snow on the ground, no leaves on the tree, a blue sky, and the sun. You better wear a cozy hat, a warm jacket, and your favorite gloves if you go outside to pbuild a snowman near that tree!! Great work! Love, Nana -- Karen
