Hi Trevor, It was fun talking to you and your brother on Sunday night. I’m glad that you received the postcard that I sent you with the cool pyramids, that you drew, on the front of the card. You didn’t tell me what the black wide lines were...are they roads? I love the beautiful sunset. Love, Grandma Ginny

Hi Trevor! I love the new picture that you drew! Water, water everywhere in Venice, Italy! Did you talk about the city’s main streets filled with water that are called canals? Small boats bring people wherever they need to go instead of cars or trucks! We have been there and I think that Grandma Madonna has been there too! What do the signs say on the buildings? I love you lots and lots! Grandma Ginny

Hi Trevor! Your new artwork is very interesting! I like your stacked teacups of different sizes and shapes. And then you mixed in math problems with art! How clever! I think that the hardest math problem is the one on the bottom. Have I showed you my trick with multiplying nines? I love you lots and lots! Grandma Ginny

Hi Trevor! I just saw your new artwork and I have some questions for you. Can you tell me a story about this? Is it an animal? I like the bright green color! Grandpa Merf and I are coming to see you soon. Maybe you can tell me about your new artwork then. I love you, Grandma Ginny

Dear Trevor! This is Grandma Ginny writing to you! I am seeing another cool picture that you drew. Did your teacher draw half of it and you had to draw the other half? You did a fantastic job! What is inside the car? Where is the driver sitting? Is their room for someone else? I really like how you filled up the whole paper with color. No white spaces showing! GREAT JOB! I love you lots and lots! Grandma Ginny

Hi Trevor Ryan! Somehow I missed seeing this drawing! There seems to be lots of activity going on in this picture! I see a castle with towers, a big door and flags! People seem to be falling from the sky. Will you call me to explain what is happening to these people? I love you lots and lots! Grandma Ginny

Hi Trevor! This is Grandma Ginny writing to you! I think that this Darlana horse is my favorite drawing that you have done in second grade. Did you learn that these horses are a symbol of an area in the country of Sweden? Your great grandpa lived in Sweden until 1938. Then he got on a big ship and came to America to live. In 1993 your dad, Uncle Ryan, Aunt Kris and grandpa and grandma went to visit this area in Sweden where these horses are popular. You still have cousins in Sweden. Their names are Benny, Lena, Elian, and Johan. Keep doing good in art! I love you lots and lots! Grandma Ginny

Hello Trevor! This is Grandma Ginny writing a note to you from the airport in Houston, Texas. We rode on one airplane to this city and are waiting for another airplane to take us home. We had a good time when we visited you and Troy! But, we were very sad when we had to leave you. I hope that you will draw us a picture as good as this one that you did in art class and have your mom mail it to us! Say hi to Lucky for us! We love you lots and lots! Grandma Ginny and Grandpa Merf

Hi Trevi! This is Grandma Ginny writing to you about your picture os the Statue of Liberty. I would like to know how you made this beautiful picture. May I guess? First you drew it, then you painted it and then you cut it out and last you pasted it on black paper with fireworks blasting off. Am I right? I think that you did a great job making this picture! I love you, Grandma Ginny

Hi Trevor! We see another great piece of your artwork...this one is really three pieces! It looks like you practiced cutting with scissors on the big flag. Then it looks like you colored the second flag. The little flag looks like you had fun with paint! Am I right? Love you lots, Grandma Ginny
