As a fan and photographer of sunsets, this one evokes a lot of emotions.

An unintentional following to a previous work in a similar format, titled "Dream" - her signature [extreme] level of detail, and playful use of color. I absolutely LOVE this one!

The amazing amount of painstaking detail in this piece blows me away! I had no idea Sofie was working on this to begin with, so I have no idea how long it took her to complete it. But, suffice it to say, I am impressed and proud beyond measure!

This dazzled me! It's amazing - I wonder what the inspiration behind it is...? This is something I would display, front and center, in the main sitting room, in the finest home ()

Sofie has a slope to conquer - up and to the right. But the capital "S", bringing up the rear (so to speak) immediately spells out confidence that she is up to the challenge, supporting the smaller letters in their upward ascent!

This mask is something I would love to see in a baker's window - it practically BEGS to be rendered into an identical likeness of a sugar skull. The design, colors, and execution are absolutely ... delicious!

My eyes were treated to a fun and welcome workout - Every "ray" has something unique to offer - each of them vying for more time spent on it that its neighbors. Basically a work that competes with itself, resulting in a "complete capture" of my attention.

First word that comes to mind: Arriba! Ironic, for skulls representing what I consider to be a very playful arrangement - like a welcoming committee to the next world. Love it!

A multitude of patterns - I love that the monochrome quality of this piece has the ability to easily eclipse other works that employ every color of the visible light spectrum. "Hoo"'d've guessed? Fantastic work, on every square inch of it!
