When I look at this piece I see movement. It almost looks like lava to me. It looks like dancing colors. It reminds me of our science experiment, putting food coloring in a glass vase and watching it cascade to the bottom.

I like the pops of color in this piece. It would be a great project to try different color schemes and see how they differ. I also like the black background it allows the colors to pop off the page. Well done!

I particularly like the colors used on the vase. When I was younger we actually decorated clay pots with fabrics of similar colors and designs. This piece sparked some fond memories for me. This picture is one of my new favorites.
