I like very much the combination of different line types, different line angles, and different line colors. You’ve taken a very simple idea – – the line – – and created a interesting work of art. Keep up the great work Luke.

Luke -- great elf. I like everything about this piece. The face is great -- a very happy smile, cute little nose, and big, perfectly round eyes. Clever ears with a elfin point at the top. And the hair is cool -- messy cool. I love the perfectly appropriate "E" on the sweater. The placement of the feet is very nice -- the left foot is back a bit and turned out just a very natural amount. The right foot is forward and a bit larger and also turned out in a very natural way. You are showing lots of maturity in your artistic style this year.

I like your trees a lot. The branches come to a nice point at the tips. Some of the branches hang down and others reach up a bit just like they do on real trees. The color is also great with the dark purple as the horizon in the distance with the interesting blue-green grass or other foliage in the foreground. The yellow stars in the sky show this is an early evening scene. You are growing as an artist every day. Keep up the good work.
