Dear Eric. We just saw your interpretation of Grandma Moses winter landscape. We think you did a great job with the barn, house, fence, and snowman. Your snow covered yard and the sky was really good as well. We miss you and wish we could be together for Christmas but we’d rather you would be here where it will be quite a bit warmer than at your house. Lots of love.

Hi Eric. We thought you did an very interesting art project using paint and oil. I was sure that Aunt Gigi (my sister Sharon) would find this project interesting since she is a very accomplished artist with oil paints, so I sent her a text message with a picture of your art work. We were so glad you came to visit us on fall break. We love you very much.

Hi Eric: We love the self portrait you did, you did a really good job of making you facial features. But you know Mamaw and Papaw would prefer you’d have done your Jersey in dark blue with #4 on it. We love you even if your are a Packers fan of Davante Adams. Can’t wait to see you soon. ????

Dear Mr E: guess what one of Mamaw’s favorite flowers is? For sure the glorious sunflower. I’m hoping next year to have some that will have huge flowers as I have bought the seeds to try and grow them. I love your painting. When we traveled in our motorhome, we saw an art museum in Santa Fe, New Mexico that had many of Georgia O’Keeffe’s paintings. Also we visited a ranch near Chalma, New Mexico where she visited and stayed to draw inspiration for some of her paintings as the scenery was very beautiful.
