Hey buddy i like the way you used the shapes and the colors. Is the jumble of shapes in the corner a bird? I think it lookes like a very good one. {i bet i couldn't even draw that good!} From your favorite aunt, audrey

Wow Alex what a beautiful piece of artwork!! You have many talents don't you?? A great frisbee player and an amazing artist!! Very impressive. I really like how you made the heart so large and made that the main focus of the piece. It really helps relate what the verse is trying to say. Tim and I love you very much! See you soon. Love Tara

Alex, you have done another splendid piece of art! I always marvel at how well you blend your belief in Jesus into common, everyday things, like Easter. (I guess Easter is not really an everyday thing! But you know what I mean.) I like how you turn your eyebrow into your nose, very late-modern period style. It gives a two-dimensional perspective not often found in children's art. Keep up the good work. Hey, when are you going to draw The Palisades? Remember how it changes perspective depending on which way you look at it? See you soon. Your Mountain Grandpa

NIce work Alex. You draw people's faces very well and the scripture is true. The greatest is God's love. I love you and am proud of you. Continue to work hard in school.

I like the colorful drawing of the creation of Adam by God. I can just see them touching each other's hand. Did you like the Sistine chapel paintings?

I Love your cat picture! How special he is to have two different colored eyes! Does he have a name? Love, Auntie Carol

Alex, well done! You show good sense of proportion and of not being driven to detail. How did this beast get his black eye, anyway? Was it at the same time his tongue got so long? I'm sure you have a wonderful story behind this work of art. I love it! Keep up the great work. Grandpa

What artist's work are you inspired by in this? Lots of color. Are you going to put a title with it? Is it Sonic? You are a very talented artist.

Alex, great job on your artwork! You have such balance and sensitive blend of color! Each frame of your "quilt" is special by itself yet they all match an overall theme that leaves you wondering, "What is the deeper angst this artist is plumbing?" Ask your parents to explain. I love it! Grandpa Rynders

This would make a great quilt for a bed. I like the orange and black squares. I think a good title might be "Alex's Artistic Quilt". Love you.
