Andrew, I love this piece.... it gives me hope that the north county will again see spring and summer. I have painted from many of the lilies on Chase Lake near Graveley's camp.... mostly oil.... but all done on location out of my canoe. Great job Andrew and thanks for sharing your artwork with me. Love, Carolyn

WOW! What a great painting!!! At least I think it's a painting.... the write-up didn't say what the media was, but it looks like a watercolor or maybe even a tempera painting....or is it a batik? The color is outstanding. Boy, those Powlin kids are good in art! Keep up the good work Andrew! Great job! Carolyn

Hi Andrew, I enjoyed this piece of artwork of the Pasanky style egg. It reminded me of a few things. I used to make real Pasanky eggs with Mrs. Graveley earlier in my teaching career. Also one of my brothers graduated from St. Bonneventure and that college has one of the largest collections of Pasanky eggs in the United States.... I can remember seeing it at my brother's graduation a long time ago, actually that would have been 28 years ago! They truely are a work of art. Love, Carolyn

My favorite piece is "Swirls on a Wall". I especially like the window with the two red flowers that sit behind the bowl of fruit. I also love the yellow and green striped surface under the bowl. Great job Andrew.

I liked the drawing. My favorite part is the bowl. What are the green things? Is it a table cloth under the bowl? I like the whole picture.Love, Matthew S.
