Now that you're done with Dryden, you don't have to be done with Artsonia. Keep adding your masterpieces to your digital portfolio here! I'll join your fan club so I can see the wonderful things you make:) Play hard, sketch lightly!

Maddie, Your "BIG TOP" Talent never ceases to amaze me! Your googly green clown is amazing. You've really managed to capture the dichotomy of a clown by nailing both the hilarity and the creepyness factors of the painted jester at the same time. Nicely done! Love, TwinkleToes

Maddie, Santa Baby is lookin' good. His sack is gettin' empty. Probably because he already dropped a load of toys off at your house cuz you're suck a good kid & artist too!. I know this was one of your quickies. Something you knocked off in the spare moments you had between sports classes, yet it looks like you've labored well.
The proportions here are a wonderful example of symmetrical perfection! Even when forced to limit your color pallette, still your art commands attention! Move over Isabelle de Este, Maddie is a true Renassaince woman! Bravo! Love Dad

Maddie! How's that apple taste, girlfriend? Woulda been a nice self-portrait in that cute green dress if ya woulda put that darn apple down for a moment. The shiny tasty skin of that apple is makin' me want some caramel dip girl. Very Nice job! Love, Twinkle Toes

Maddie, the Vase is so pretty that it's hard to see the face profiles on each side. Another example of your beautiful display for bright colors. Rock on! - Twinkletoes

I love your art! I think the Lorax is so so cute. He's one of my favorite Dr. Suess characters. Save the planet! Go Green!
- on April 24, 2008
Maddie! You've done it again! Your portrait of the Lorax has captured his "aloof & self-righteous" personality just perfectly. Kudos to you as YOUR Lorax posesses the essence of Dr. Seuss' dreamy creations to a "T"! Maddie Rocks! Love, Twinkletoes

Maddie--Your artwork rocks! The "mono" dog is my current favorite.

I love Maddie's reoccuring use of strong colors as displayed here once again in her Free Draw artwork. The subtle etched shapes like the stars and stripes give the artwork amazing texture. I wish this was a painting sized 5 x 5 feet or so, I would definitely put it on the wall over my favorite couch at home. Nice work, Maddie! Love, Twinkletoes!

This would make such cute note cards. Again, looks like it was created by an older child (or even an adult) Love the eyes looking downward.

Not much information on this, so I'm not sure I understand it, but to me it is a paper cut-out girl in a shirt pocket.

Grade 1? Unbelievable !!! I see this displayed on Maddie's front door at home, it is abstractly amazing. The colors aren't quite as bright as some of her other work, but still strong, and interesting color combinations. Love her detail and patterns as well.

Apparently this was done in 1st grade. Already has the bold colors I associate with Maddie's artwork. And interestingly different from what the pictures in the book Rainbow fish look like (much softer colors) This artist makes a strong statement with her colors!!

Maddie's artwork is uniquely Maddie. Again the bright, vibrant colors, the ghost is interestingly different from what you would expect from a 2nd grader, and so is the haunted house...very interesting.
- on December 26, 2006

Fascinating piece of artwork. Again the colors are robust and exciting!! This looks like the work of someone older.
- on December 26, 2006

Maddie's artwork is so colorful !!! And this wild thing looks just like what a kid would imagine is hiding in his closet (or under the bed).
- on December 26, 2006

This is the cutest sculpture I have EVER seen by a 2nd grader. It is absolutely adorable, looks like a stuffed animal. I'd love to see that on my morning coffee cup, what a day brightener that would be!
- on December 26, 2006

Dear Maddie, I'm so happy to see your beautiful artwork!! I look forward to receiving all your future pieces!! I love the colors that you use! It makes your pictures look so colorful! I hope you have fun creating them! My sister, Eliana, informed me that she ordered t-shirts for all the girls in the family; for my mom, Eliana and for me!! Have a good summer!! Love, Anita :-)
- on December 26, 2006
Hi Maddie, I love your art work!!!!You are a very talented young artist. I ordered a t-shirt for my mom, for my sister, Anita, and one for me. I picked the "White Spot Inspector design.
