Abigail, your thinking is very mature. You capture the Judeo-Christian heritage. I would like to think that the glass is half full rather than half empty in terms of people reaching out to help others in need. But as individuals we have the power to do the right thing as we see those in need. I always look forward to your art which provides an important message along with a pleasing visual.

I loved this piece. You surely gave it a lot of thought. I hope that you can find happiness in this world and that you are not afraid to speak out when you need to.

Abigail, What an incredible work of art this piece is! The emotional depth of the elements is FANTASTIC. I personally find this to be expressive in form and deep in thought. I look forward to seeing the project in person. Xoxox

Wow, this is terrific. Abigail, you will have to explain the symbolism to me. However, I must say that this is the best piece of modern art that I have ever seen. Picasso, eat your heart out!

"Imagine" was also a great song by John Lennon of the Beatles. I guess I can imagine/interpret your artwork in different ways. Do you have any specific things I should see?

Abigail, your artwork is visually appealing but I need a little explanation as to the figures that are in the rectangles

I don't quite understand this piece. It looks like a box of candy or a board game. Any explanation? Nana

Is this another piece I missed? The person looks sad and somewhat lost in thought. Your sketches of people are excellent and they show real emotion. Nana

Abigail, you are very talented in art, science and music (you have a beautiful voice which we heard at your Bat Mitzvah). Continue to enjoy all your activities and learning will take care of itself. Pop Pop

Abigail, I enjoyed your explanation as well as the artwork itself. Life is a series of forks in the road. We never know what the result will be for the road not taken. However, little value comes second guessing. To steal an expression from someone else, "when you come to a fork in the road, take it".

Well done Abigail. I had to Google the name of the artwork to find out that it was a character from a book/movie. And when I Googled the character from the movie, I could see that it appears you were drawing the actor who played the part. Looks just like him. Pop Pop

Abigail, I love turtles, especially cute ones like this. When I was about Ethan's age, I had two turtles pets, Oscar and Rudy. But they were not as cute as this one. Pop-Pop

Abigail, This is a beautiful piece! Your use of color in the sky provides a great sense of depth. This illusion creates a nice contrast to the intense immediacy of your focal point, the interaction between the two animals. Hope you frame this and display it proudly for all to appreciate.

Abigail, well done. I remember a certain horse you drew at a baseball game! Do you give titles to your artwork like "Abigail, a self portrait" or "Girl with the purple hair"? Thanks for sharing.
