Finley, this is very intriguing! I'm wondering what implement you used to scrape away the paint on this picture - maybe it was your finger! I think this flower is beautiful! I like the way it uses up the whole page; I like the color because purple is my favorite color and I like the dabs of blue and dark pink/red. There's lots of air in the picture and it's almost as if the wind is blowing the pedals off the flower - very nice! Good work, Finley, Love Grammy -- Grammy

I love everything about it - the bursting sunrise* and the tiny houses in the valley next to a body of water that is reflecting the land. I think torn paper is a wonderful medium to use.
