Mark, this is pretty scary---and also quite green and orange. I like it, but what is it?

This once shows more detail that the blue tree. I'll need more of an explanation. For example: What are the targets for? Why is there a camera in the sky? And what is the black thing/person/superhero at the lower left? Careful work. It must have taken a long time and a lot of patience.
