This is really good work. I like the bubbles as an added touch to show the scene was underwater.

This particular piece of artwork resonates with me on a profound level. Being Latina, an Educator AND from New York - I appreciate the Artist's attempts at bridging the gap between our yesterdays and our tomorrows.
