I hope you feel like a proud artist! Your drawing of the Statue of Liberty has the same shape and color as the real one in New York. The eyes and smile make it look like a cartoon style. Have you thought about creating a background?
Keep creating,
:) Ms. Beatrice

This is a wonderful example of abstract art! Sometimes abstract art represents something from real life, but it doesn't look exactly like what you'd see in real life (like this colorful cat!). You chose a variety of patterns for each shape!

Hi Phoebe,
You created so many beautiful things this week! The way you blended the rainbow together in the heart shows how each color can transform into the next, almost like a color wheel!
Keep creating,

Hi Phoebe,
This painting shows a lot of contrast between the night sky and the horizon line.

Hi Phoebe,
I love these portraits! Did you look at anything while you drew them, or are they from your imagination?

Hi Phoebe! What a fun idea. Artwork like this is called "mixed media" because you used a mixture of different art supplies to create it. I love how the pom poms add texture and 3D forms to the surface. The shape of the clouds looks beautiful with the way you created a lighter value of blue. Your artwork is so cheerful, it would make anyone smile! :) Ms. Beatrice

Wasn't it fun learning how to fold a book from just ONE piece of paper? Great job designing a unique cover! :) Ms. Beatrice

Wow, Phoebe! You created such a unique background for your work of art! I also love the tape technique. Did you know when you do that, the unpainted parts are called "negative space" because it is left empty? Thanks for brightening my day with your art and sending this positive message into the world! :) Ms. Beatrice
