I can see you now, piloting the rescue ship to save a classmate who fell off his boat.

Nice work! Now I know who to call when I need a new mug.

Jack, wished I understood the "one point perspective" project, but I'm sure you did! It looks very creative and I love the shaded colors. I see there is a pattern of design on the X's and the boarder print is a very obvious contrast. You're going to have to explain this one!!

Jack since this is labeled "Guardian Container", I figured these are creepy creatures to keep people from using your mug. I think you accomplished that. You did a good job forming the shape and I like the color blue, of coarse. I think you now own a pretty cool cup!!

Jack, I think I understand what your assignment was here. So, the boat was made out of someone's mistake paper? You were very creative with this. You have the ability to use imagination and creative thinking. Nice job, I'm impressed!!

Jack, you might get two of these, I just lost what I had done!! I really like your weaving project. You'll have to show me how it was done. I like your choice of colors and it looks like you followed the pattern without mistakes! Bet you would be good at weaving pot holders!! Good Job!

Jack, I don't have the explanation of this assignment so I'm not sure what this is about. It is cute and quite colorful. I like the expression on the orange creature. The orange and black contrast really stands out with the white. Good job!

Great job, Jack! That is should make a terrific shield, and I'm glad you love and are so good at so many things.

Jack, this is a very meaningful piece of art reflecting important things in your life. You put a lot of thought into this and you did a great job. This is something you should put away so you can look at it later in life and see how or if things have changed. You just keep getting better!!

Jack, you'll have to explain this one! I think you were having fun so that's good, but your title doesn't match your action! I do like your creative characters! Mama Burger attacked by Long John? -- Nama Punke

Jack, you did a great job with your figures! Love the dog drawing. Your boy's proportions are really good! I am so happy your dog wasn't a car... -- Nama Punke

Jack, I like your clay buildings. I'm not sure from this small picture if that is a dirt pile with diggers or are they flags like on a golf course? Either way, I like the picture. The landscape is attractive with the bush on each side. You did a good job forming and adding a lot of color to your clay project. It's a keeper, once again!! -- Nama Mary Ann

I am puzzled as to how you did this. I love it. It looks like a tree spewing tar! Your pictures are the best!! -- Nama Punke

I'm still trying to guess what this is...a rubber mat outside of a door? Once again, you took two common elements and created a very artistic scene. I bet this is a favorite unit, you know how to capture just the right objects. -- Nama Punke

This is a favorite. The action shot of water splashing is amazing. This is a great skill to know how to use. You'll have to show me how to do this on my camera! -- Nama Punke

You'll have to explain where this pile of stones is. It looks like they are connected and not just stacked. I'm sure I will be amazed when you tell me they really aren't just a pile of rocks/stones! I hope you are enjoying taking these pictures as much as I am enjoying trying to figure out their identities. -- Nama Punke

Jack, I think your hero has everything under control, he's just waiting for the right moment to grab that spike and fling it! It's a good thing he's wearing gloves. He better not hit his flying dog in the background! Great job! I think super heroes might be your specialty. -- Nama Punke

Jack, I like the stabile that you created. I didn't know what a stabile was so we're all learning! The color combination is one of my favorite. It looks like you placed it in a ball field. Bet you had fun with this project! Nice job! -- Maryann

Jack, you have such an imagination. First, I thought it was piano keys, but then I realized it's teeth with the lips melting away. I love how you drew the melting effect with the lips. Another great job! -- Mary Ann

I love what you did with the coffee filter. The contrast is amazing. Is that the shadows of a crashed plane or a monster? Adding the girl (Ellie) observing is great. Well done!! -- Mary Ann

Jack, you were pretty creative with your monster! I like it. Your heads have a slight resemblance to a shark's head which I'm sure you planned. The feet/boots are very well done. Good job, this must have been fun to do! -- Mary Ann

Jack I love your shark. You did a fantastic job giving it depth. It looks real and the eye is perfect. I like how you added a little bit of Halloween in the background with the orange and black. I guess you chose a subject that you know a lot about and it shows. I just plain really like this art piece. -- Nama Punke

Jack, I like your textured snowman. It really looks like a bunch of snow balls made him, good job. I like all of the extra textures used to make the face, belt, arms, and hat. Those eyes give him a mysterious look, the eyebrows help with that! Nice work! -- Nama Mary Ann

Wow! Kids would love this skate park with all of the different angles. Looks kind of scary, but fun. I like how you did some easier hills for the beginners. Good job putting this all together. -- Nama Mary Ann

Jack, I like your favorite animal project. Looks like it might be Charlie. Sure looks like his body, good work. Although, with the gray color, it could be Brother. Maybe, you combined the two. You did a good job molding that clay. I like the painted face. You have a happy animal! -- Nama Mary Ann

Jack I read somewhere that this is a self-portrait. I just want you to know you are much cuter that this, but you did a great job with detail. I see you even spiked your hair. I guess the tongue is typical when you're asked to smile for a picture, it's your goofy face. I like what you did with the background with all of the blended colors. Nice job! -- Nama Mary Ann

Jack you did a great job cutting out shapes to make this animal. Is is Brother or just an imaginary friend. I like the expression on his face. He looks like a curious animal. -- Nama Mary Ann

Jack, I love this winter scene, especially the tree that looks like a white pine. It's all very realistic looking the way you piled the snow up and the bunny is a special touch. I think the bird might be coming in for a landing! Great job! -- Nama, Mary Ann
