Norah, I saw your art on Artsonia. The monochromatic design with dots was cool! I especially loved the black one with the really bright colorful design! I am very proud of your artwork!!!

I just opened my kitchen door a minute ago and there was a squirrel on the tree right by the deck. He was pretty close to me. I said, Hey!! to him and he ran up the tree, scared to death. this picture looks like him running up the tree from Scary Grama. Except we don't have a tire swing. I wish we did!! For you when you come.

It's good to use cool colors in the background, and warm colors in the foreground. It makes it look like it goes in deep into space. That is called depth. Your picture has depth. Also, cool designs and patterns all over the place!!!!

I feel like this is in a big city. All the windows seem to be different, which makes it interesting to look at.

You were very neat with your painting. What is it painted on? And what did you use for the eye?

I like how you used cardboard. Is this a robot? It seems like your art teacher gives you guys lots of cool ideas. This is called Mixed Media, because it used markers and cardboard collage, two different media.

I like underwater pictures. I wish I could go swimming but I would not want to run into the whale. I saw a story on Facebook about a scientist who studies whales and she was doing research, and was very close to a whale, and he kept nudging her and pushing her and finally threw her on the beach. She was kind of confused because she had never had that happen before, and she was a little bruised up. But then she saw that a tiger shark was in the water. The whale saved her life by throwing her onto the beach. The weird thing was she had never seen that whale before, but it was as if it knew she was a person who helped whales. How did it know?

I used to have my students make these. It looks so neat and orderly. I bet it took forever. And you used only warm colors!! Did you use a pencil eraser to make the dots so perfect?

I really like zentangles. It's neat that you used bright colors on the shoe to contrast with the black and white!!!

This snow globe is so magical. I love it. I bet if I shook it I would hear pretty music.

That is a very cool idea, to use those pictures to spell out Peace. Very well done.
