We had watched an episode of Painting with Bob Ross over winter break with a sun, snow, and happy little trees. Saul told me that he was inspired by that when he painted this picture and thought of the blending of colors around the sun, as well and the technique he saw for the trees in the show. I think we'll watch the painting show again! -- Miryam
