This is one of my favourite pieces, it works very well. It shows some real risk taking and stretching in your art and it is interesting. The idea of collage is an exploration here of the self both realized and imagined, evidence of three good pieces, the photo, the drawing and the painting can be seen in the blended finished piece and it draws the eye and the interest around the canvas well.

This cup makes me smile. I love the eyes, eyelashes and shading, very pretty hair braid handle and it looks like there was some botox involved in the lips. I wish I could see it in 3-d as I can't quite make out the design on the cheek but I am assuming a nose ring. Everything is oversized and accentuated like comics. It is cute but also reflective of a particular archetype of modern culture making it seem quite comprehensible.

I am mesmerized by the look in this eye, excellent use of depth and highlighting to provide a window into the soul. It is apparent that there is someone home.

I really like this composition, it portraits the internal struggle with in the athlete, the reaching of themselves, the drive for success and the expectation of success but also the inevitable possibility of the uncertain outcome. This shows the anticipated and terrifying moment before the win or the loss. It is quite brilliant.

I love his piece, it is my favourite so far, it reminds me of the sun and the moon. Did you know that Hatha yoga meeand the connection of the sun and the moon. Yoga is conection and hatha is sun and moon. IT is the yin and yang of the vedic philosophy.

The peacock is a vedic symbol for both Krishna, the god of hope and the riencarnation of the mighty Vishnu the stabilizer and the godess Saraswati herself who is the goddess of wisdom, Art, Music and Learning. Everything that is beautiful was created by Saraswati in the Hindu belief system, I love it!

Rori I really like this painting. It is very organic and reminds me of the seasons in a Japanese garden. It is well balanced on the canvas and I like those three little flowers falling on the bottom of the canvas. It has emotional complexity offering both abundance and despair. Your work is evolving with you. Love Auntie Darcie.

I am amazed at this landscape, it reminds me of the time I was in PEI in Charlottetown on the rooftop of the Rodd hotel, an old railway hotel, and I was watching the sunset and a flock of crows came from the east and headed into the sunset, cawing all the way. It was probably a hundred birds, they just kept flying into the sunset heading west from the rugged Atlantic coast. A good piece of art inspires individual reflection. Good work Rori

I think this is very beautiful. I feel like I am looking at a guitar through a beautiful stain glass window, it has the feel of water to it and a glassy texture.
