Taz, very interesting picture. I see all sorts of interesting things in the background like a hanging picture, a plant and planter resting on a shelf, a couple of lights hanging from the ceiling, a candlestick on a shelf, a couch and rug I think and then a delicious looking drink that might be hot chocolate with marshmallows. Some other nuts or marshmallows perhaps and a lamp on the other side.... I see a clock on a table as well. Well you certainly can draw a number of objects... continue to develop your talent for that... now you can keep drawing all those objects like the things you see around a room and in time I bet you will be a pretty good artist.

Hi Taz, Really loved your new art work. That mug of hot chocolate looks mighty inviting especially on cold February days. I like those mini marshmallows that you have on the side and in the mug.MMMMM, tasty. You created a cozy spot to enjoy and relax while having that delicious mug of hot chocolate. Very nice! Wow! You did a great job drawing your spirit animals. I can see your skeleton dog is getting ready to guide the spirits of ancestors on their journey. I love all the details and the bright colors you used. Just like in the Disney movie Day of the Dead. Love, Nona Jeannie

Thomas what an impressive depiction of perspective in art. The smaller barn and silo in the background, the garden patch advancing in size forward, amazing. Job well done! Your drawing makes me look forward to planting in the spring, and getting my hands dirty.

Taz, very cute fish.... you are turning out to be quite a talented cartoonist. Perhaps you can work for Disney someday. Or create your own cartoon characters! Love that wide eyed look you gave him. He probably was surprised to be swimming in a bag instead of a bowl...Really very nice job!!! Lots of love, Aunt Karen

Taz, very nice shamrock to commemorate St. Patrick's Day. I really like the contrast between the light and dark colors and agree with Nona Jean that the dark background really makes the foreground pop! Also it was very creative of you to think outside the box. Many an artist may merely color a shamrock green to depict their true color, but you used your artistic license to color it the way you wanted and how you thought it should be. Very creative! Very nice job. Love, Aunt Karen

Wow!!!! I love the way you put so much detail in your picture... right down to the hoofs on the elephant's feet and his nostrils, and flipping a peanut off his trunk. Elephants like peanuts, don't they? But those trees in the background are fantastic... they look like cactus, are they? Well I can see with every picture you do, how you have grown in your art. It just keeps getting more and more wonderful. I am so proud of you. I really enjoy your artistic interpretations. Love, Aunt Karen

Taz, mmm mmm good! Boy that cup of hot chocolate looks like a good Christmas drink after playing outside in the snow...I can see the steam and I love the red and white stripe that decorates the cup... it reminds me of the color of peppermint candy canes. You did a beautiful job on this picture...keep up the great work! I give this picture 5 gold stars..... how do you like your hot chocolate? With marshmallows or with whipped cream?.... Aunt Karen

Hi Taz.... wow what a cute snowman...love the way you positioned his nose upward....I think he must be looking to see if more snow falls and makes him grow even fatter...I noticed he is carrying an ornament perhaps of a girl.... is that his girlfriend or perhaps a picture of Mrs Snowman....?? You really did well with his shape and he looks like a very friendly snowman... your artistic ability is really growing by leaps and bounds... keep at it ... very fantastic job

Thomas I love the position of the Snowman's eyes looking up at the beautiful snowflakes, and how you placed his nose pointing up. The use of the tradition Christmas colors in his scarf, adds just the right effect.

Well, that looks like a rocket ship!! Who is that man? Is he doing a walk in space? He looks like he is attached to the ship by a rope. Funny that you made this picture at the same time I was reading a book about our astronauts and the NASA space program that sent a man to the moon many years ago. Do you know who the first man was to walk in space?.......Love the picture and the colors against the dark background. Very fine job. Keep up the good work!! Love, Aunt Karen....one of your many fans!!!

Taz.....I tried to congratulate you on your really nice coloring job of the mittens earlier, but for some reason the computer did not take the message. So, once again, I just wanted to say, I like the way you creatively incorporated the patterns of color in the mittens with blue, black and yellow . I found it interesting that you chose to use a pattern as opposed to a solid colored mitten. Very well done!! ...keep up the great work! Love, Aunt Karen
